PART 1 This is an interview in 3 parts between Emile Duhamel and his counsel. Emile was a Huntsville Texas death row inmate with an IQ in the low 50's. He died in July 1998 due to heat related causes and the lack of concern for inmates in Texas. Emile is being questioned here about whether he understands that he is to be executed.
