This morning, the Texas Court of Criminal Appeals handed down a decision on Jesse's DNA test.
The application to do the test was denied, with the 9 judges split pretty much down the middle, with 4 denying it outright, 1 abstaining because he was Jesse' original trial judge, 2 concurring and 3 in favour of the test.

I will be able to give you details of the clemency campaign tomorrow when I have further details on certain issues.  In the meantime, please contact Texas Governor Rick Perry by fax, email or telephone asking for a reprieve for Jesse so that he can have this DNA evidence tested.
